Senior Director, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States

Base pay range: $187,000–$234,000 per year; incentive compensation is also offered.

What you will do

• Lead, support, and grow the EPM / CPM service line within the Digital CFO practice.
• Advise CFOs and finance executives on EPM technology, finance transformation strategy, and performance management operating models.
• Lead current-state assessments, roadmaps, vendor evaluations, implementation readiness, optimization, adoption, and post-implementation value realization.
• Build relationships with EPM / CPM platform providers and alliance partners, including OneStream, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, Pigment, Planful, Vena, and Abacum.
• Originate and support new business opportunities, develop proposals and go-to-market materials, and contribute to practice operations and workforce planning.
• Mentor and coach team members, support recruitment, and lead global teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in professional services or consulting, with a strong focus on EPM advisory, finance transformation, and digital CFO technology programs.
• Experience leading large, complex programs and global engagements, with demonstrated success selling and delivering advisory services and exceeding revenue targets.
• Deep expertise across the EPM transformation lifecycle, cloud-based reporting, FP&A, financial close automation, finance data analytics, and modernization.
• Functional understanding and delivery experience with EPM platforms such as OneStream, Anaplan, Pigment, or Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Ability to build trusted C-suite partnerships and explain complex finance-technology concepts in business terms.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or an advanced degree preferred.

Nice to have

• Big Four or tier-one middle-market consulting experience.
• CPA, CMA, CFA, or PMP certification.
• Experience designing service offerings, pricing models, and scalable go-to-market strategies.
