Consulting Analyst, Digital (Toronto) Start Dates Q3/Q4 2027 (Spring 2027 Graduates)

Location: Toronto, ON — 55 University Ave; consulting travel to client sites is required. Canadian work authorization is required.

Salary: $75,000 CAD base salary annually; estimated total compensation including annual incentive: $81,000–$84,000.

What you will do

• Assist with implementing technology solutions for clients across commercial, higher education, and healthcare organizations.
• Perform technology assessments, business process mapping, data conversions, and user testing.
• Provide client support throughout project engagements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather qualitative data and understand institutional culture.
• Present key takeaways, communicate project updates, and organize project logistics with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a Spring 2027 graduation date.
• Interest in applying technology systems to business processes.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Advanced or highly proficient Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, Visio, and Outlook.
• Canadian work authorization and availability to work from the Toronto office; willingness to travel to client sites.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Python.
