Senior Advisor - Corporate Strategy

Location: Toronto; hybrid work with in-person attendance at an assigned hirify.global office for a minimum of two days per week

Salary: $144,000–$180,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead and support enterprise and business-unit strategies covering growth, innovation, transformation, and competitive differentiation.
• Apply structured, hypothesis-driven analysis to diagnose complex business challenges and develop actionable recommendations.
• Build business cases and financial models covering revenue, margins, investment requirements, and ROI.
• Drive the annual strategic planning cycle, including planning frameworks, objectives, initiatives, and resource prioritization.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, narratives, frameworks, and progress reports for senior leadership.
• Manage multiple workstreams, facilitate workshops and interviews, identify risks, and recommend interventions to improve execution.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
• Ability to independently lead complex projects from scoping through execution with minimal day-to-day direction.
• Strong problem-solving, quantitative and qualitative analysis, financial modeling, and research skills.
• Ability to structure complex messages, visualize insights, influence stakeholders, and build consensus.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience in financial services, information services, or digital industries is an asset.
