Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid work with in-person work in local offices and on client sites

Salary: CAD 72,000–87,000 annually

What you will do

• Collaborate with project teams and clients to solve complex business, legal, risk, and compliance challenges.
• Compile and analyze data, document findings, and communicate insights for client engagements.
• Develop process flows, work programs, reports, and control summaries.
• Review transactions and recommend process improvements.
• Work across financial crime and anti-money laundering, risk management, credit services, regulatory compliance, consumer protection, analytics, and legal consulting.
• Build knowledge of internal control and risk frameworks across financial services, technology, and healthcare industries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Juris Doctor degree in a relevant discipline such as law, finance, economics, data analytics, mathematics, or statistics.
• Authorization to work in Canada for hirify.global without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience using AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Copilot or GenAI.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking, creativity, and analytical ability.
• Ability to analyze large data sets, create finished products with technology tools, and explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with banking, compliance, insurance, legal, and asset-management processes and issues.

• Relevant professional certifications or a drive to obtain them.
• Strong academic background and relevant experience in the assigned capability area.
