What you will do
- Monitor construction schedules, milestones, site progress, mock-ups, and pre-drywall inspections.
- Organize and attend OAC team meetings and frequent site visits to verify that construction matches plans and specifications.
- Manage monthly draw and Pay-App reviews, development invoices, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, ASIs, and field/design modifications.
- Coordinate reviews of accessibility, building envelope, engineering observation, and material testing reports, recommending corrections for identified deficiencies.
- Oversee substantial completion and coordinate end-of-project lessons-learned meetings.
- Use approved AI tools to draft, summarize, analyze, and streamline routine documentation while reviewing outputs for accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or a related field.
- 2–5 years of related work experience, including at least 1 year in architecture project management or construction management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam Revu, and Procore.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and independent-work skills, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Ability to work onsite from the Dallas office and attend construction site visits.
