Program Manager, Customer Deployments

Location: Los Angeles, CA; on-site. Travel: 20–40% domestically to customer and manufacturing sites. U.S. person status is required under ITAR-related export regulations.

What you will do

• Define customer programs and early execution phases with the CEO and senior leaders.
• Run customer discovery, working sessions, and site visits; structure ambiguous problems into program strategies and business cases.
• Own factory and production-line stand-ups, including capital plans, equipment, site readiness, workforce ramp, and production launch reviews.
• Build quantitative models, roadmaps, investment cases, ROI frameworks, proposals, pricing analyses, and execution plans.
• Manage program financials, including budgets, cost-to-complete, margins, and forecasts.
• Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, supply chain, and software through qualification, first-article approval, full-rate production, and handoff.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in management consulting, federal programs, manufacturing, or operations and strategy roles.
• Direct experience with aerospace and defense manufacturing, including Primes, OEMs, Tier 1/2 suppliers, or large industrial programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience owning programs or workstreams and managing scope, schedules, risks, stakeholders, and financials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including independently creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
• U.S. person status required; ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance is a plus.
