Digital Program Manager

Location: St Louis Park, Minnesota, US; hybrid

Compensation range: $123,500–$229,500 annually, with possible additional annual incentives.

What you will do

• Lead complex digital programs and portfolios, driving transformation and modernization efforts.
• Build strategic roadmaps, demand forecasts, capability plans, and annual operating plans with business and digital leaders.
• Track portfolio business value, goals, metrics, capital expenditure requests, costs, resources, risks, and issues.
• Define execution paths, project plans, backlogs, responsibilities, and multi-year product roadmaps.
• Run Scaled Agile and PI Planning events, including Release Train Engineer responsibilities.
• Coordinate third parties, review statements of work, communicate with executives, and coach Product Owners, Scrum Leaders, and teams.

Requirements

• Degree or academic background in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in digital and Scaled Agile leadership.
• 10+ years of digital program management experience leading multifunctional projects.
• Experience with integrations, ERP, logistics, product lifecycle management, manufacturing execution systems, automation, cloud, or SaaS.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, leadership, problem-solving, and risk-management skills.
• Ability to lead and empower geographically dispersed teams and navigate uncertainty.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Experience leading AI/ML program objectives with data scientists and engineers.
