Program Manager (Data Management & Business Intelligence)

Location: Hybrid, working on and off client site in Alexandria, Virginia, across the Mid-Atlantic Region, United States.

What you will do

• Lead delivery for the data management, business intelligence, analytics consulting, and business needs analysis workstream.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and process mapping across federal agency divisions and directorates.
• Translate business needs into role-based dashboards, reports, and data products.
• Manage program schedules, staffing, risks, issues, stakeholders, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Integrate analytics, IT systems, and workforce planning tools to support enterprise decision-making.
• Drive change management and user adoption of analytics capabilities while ensuring regulatory and federal human capital compliance.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Visa sponsorship is not available, including H-1B and TN sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, public administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of federal consulting or program management experience.
• Experience with program management, stakeholder engagement, governance, analytics strategy, and project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, accountability, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with the National Science Foundation, Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer, or Office of the Chief Information Officer.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, analytics tools, and Visio.
• Security clearance or experience supporting sensitive federal engagements.
