What you will do

• Own the end-to-end category strategy, growth, and P&L.
• Define and build financing journeys where customers pay interest only on the amount utilized.
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, utilization, retention, and category growth.
• Use customer insights, data, and experimentation to optimize product and business performance.
• Track portfolio growth, adoption, utilization, profitability, and unit economics.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Risk, Operations, Marketing, and senior leadership to launch and scale new initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Category Management, Product Management, Business Management, General Management, or a similar field.
• Proven experience owning and scaling a business, category, or product with measurable growth and profitability impact.
• Experience managing large portfolios and making data-led business decisions.
• Strong commercial, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from zero and take end-to-end ownership.
