Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Office-based in Noida, India

hirify.global develops and manages products for private funds and related assets within the Clearwater system.

What you will do

• Own a suite of tools for private funds and define its product direction.
• Translate capital calls, distributions, unfunded commitments, NAV, waterfalls, fees, and secondary transactions into clear requirements and a prioritized backlog.
• Collaborate with development teams on feature design and delivery, ensuring the business value is understood.
• Define the product roadmap and contribute to the broader company roadmap.
• Communicate roadmap updates and functionality releases to internal stakeholders, clients, and prospects.
• Test and deploy new features, gather client feedback, and measure release success.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant product management experience and a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Deep understanding of investment accounting and financial instruments for alternative assets, including capital account activity, NAV, book value, fee and carry structures, and performance measurement.
• Experience with agile methodologies, product and project management tools, Jira, Aha, backlog management, discovery, and validation.
• Proficiency with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development techniques.
• Experience implementing and consuming large-scale web services, designing full systems, and working with database scaling and architecture.
• Relational database experience with systems such as MSSQL, Oracle, or MySQL, together with strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
