Digital Product Manager (Generative AI)

Location: Hyderabad, India. Work shift: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM IST.

What you will do

• Translate business priorities into high-value Generative AI use cases, product narratives, annual visions, and quarterly roadmaps.
• Lead workshops, prototype concepts with data science partners, document experiments, and track progress toward production.
• Manage feature backlogs and model lifecycles, including prompts, model parameters, data sources, evaluation criteria, and testing.
• Assess Responsible AI risks and implement privacy, security, bias-mitigation, documentation, and audit controls.
• Define adoption metrics, gather user feedback, support training, and report business outcomes.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers on solution blueprints, enterprise integrations, performance, cost, and observability.

Requirements

• Experience in AI product management or digital product leadership.
• Experience working with data science and engineering teams.
• Exposure to model lifecycle and evaluation frameworks.
• Understanding of Generative AI architectures, model workflows, evaluation metrics, quality controls, analytics, and experimentation tools.
• Strong storytelling, communication, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and rapid experimentation.
