Senior Lead - Market & Product Strategy (SaaS)

Location: Remote, but candidates must be based in Mumbai, India

What you will do

• Research market trends, competitor landscapes, and customer needs to develop data-driven strategies that increase product revenue and market share.
• Lead selected strategic projects and major workstreams, driving recommendations for the Executive Committee.
• Identify, prioritize, and structure complex issues that shape product priorities and commercial outcomes.
• Develop long-term monetization and commercialization strategies with measurable financial impact.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to implement finalized strategies.
• Own strategic initiatives from concept and formulation through execution, measurement, and outcome assessment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in product management, growth, or product strategy.
• Strong strategic, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the developer or SaaS market ecosystem and current competitive and market trends.
• Executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders across a global matrixed organization.
• Experience coordinating multiple complex, cross-functional projects with senior and junior stakeholders.
• Leadership experience in team management, customer communications, and collaboration with peers, senior management, clients, and vendors.
