Engineering Manager (JavaScript/Node/React)

Location: Platina Tower, Gurgaon, Haryana 122002, India; onsite, full time

What you will do

• Define and execute the engineering strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Lead, scale, recruit, onboard, retain, mentor, and develop the engineering team.
• Manage project plans, release schedules, delivery timelines, and execution quality.
• Establish engineering processes, including QA and testing workflows, and improve tools, methodologies, and frameworks.
• Help establish architecture and design patterns while addressing technical and operational blockers.
• Collaborate with product, business, and senior leadership stakeholders to prioritize work and communicate progress.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience developing and deploying applications across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and project management best practices.
• Experience with DevOps best practices and familiarity with QA processes and tools.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, Node, React, and APIs.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and compliance frameworks.

Nice to have

• AWS experience.
• GraphQL experience.
