DevEx Lead (AI): Driving engineering excellence and AI adoption across application teams by defining AI-driven software development practices, improving developer productivity, and accelerating software delivery with an accent on AI platforms, modern SDLC practices, application security, and QA. Focus on creating AI instructions and agents, measuring organizational adoption and business value, modernizing application development and testing, and guiding technical teams.

What you will do
- Drive engineering excellence and adoption of developer experience practices across application teams.
- Define and implement an AI-driven Software Development Lifecycle strategy across the organization.
- Build and maintain technology solutions, application platforms, monitoring, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Measure, track, and present AI adoption, outcomes, and business value.
- Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Architecture, QA, Security, managers, customers, help desks, and business partners.
- Guide technical teams, optimize engineering processes and tools, and mentor team members.
Requirements
- 12+ years of overall software development experience.
- Strong hands-on AI experience is mandatory.
- At least 2 years of hands-on development using AI platforms such as Factory.ai or GitHub Copilot across the SDLC.
- At least 2 years of experience leading development teams using AI-powered tools and practices.
- Understanding of LLMs, SLMs, foundation models, prompt engineering, AI instructions, and AI agent creation.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, application development, modern development frameworks, AI-assisted testing, application security, compliance, analytical decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a Center of Excellence.
- Experience with Internal Developer Platforms.
- Knowledge of QA automation frameworks and functional or non-functional testing tools.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright.
