Manager, Program Management

Location: Chandler, Arizona, United States; full-time, on-site role.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Integration Program Managers and Integration Program Manager Leads, including workload prioritization, hiring, performance management, and succession planning.
• Govern consistent execution cadences across complex customer programs through standups, reviews, metrics, escalations, and cross-functional follow-up.
• Oversee production readiness, ramp-up modeling, master production schedule alignment, output reviews, and readiness actions for customer commitments.
• Act as the leadership escalation point for issues involving engineering, logistics, supply chain, contracts, quality, operations, and New Product Introduction.
• Lead communication and execution for the largest and most strategic customer programs, managing risks, recovery plans, resources, and customer-impacting issues.
• Drive continuous improvement, productivity, process control, account growth, financial performance, and global strategies across strategic accounts.

Requirements

• Typically 6 or more years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing experienced professionals, supervisors, and manager-level staff.
• Proven success implementing and delivering enterprise-wide and global transformation or strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, influencing, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Chandler, Arizona, United States.
