Financial Analyst - Operations FP&A (Manufacturing)

Location: Hartsville, SC or Charlotte, NC, USA; onsite, full-time

Annual base salary: $67,760–$76,230 for Analyst, $88,000–$99,000 for Analyst II, $107,760–$121,230 for Analyst III, or $122,320–$137,610 for Senior Financial Analyst. Analyst III and Senior Financial Analyst levels include a 7.5% annual target bonus.

What you will do

• Prepare plant labor, overhead, and cost analyses to improve manufacturing performance, cost visibility, and margins.
• Analyze operating results, financial drivers, manufacturing trends, risks, opportunities, and follow-up actions for plant reviews.
• Develop pro formas, discounted cash flow analyses, operating cash flow analyses, ROI evaluations, and business cases for expansions, acquisitions, divestitures, capital investments, and valuations.
• Support manufacturing CAPEX reviews, financial projections, approval documentation, capital policy compliance, and post-completion tracking.
• Lead or support working capital, procurement, supplier cost, sourcing, and cash conversion analyses.
• Build financial models and reporting templates for transformation initiatives, forecasting, planning, analytics, benchmarking, and management reviews.

Requirements

• Four-year undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and continuous-improvement skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand multiple disciplines and technologies.
• Knowledge of hirify.global’s business or experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with Oracle/OPM, OneStream, QAD, and EFI Radius.
• Ability to work onsite in Hartsville, South Carolina, or Charlotte, North Carolina.

Nice to have

• CPA or CMA certification.
• Treasury or cash management experience.
• Manufacturing operations experience.
