Director, GTN Strategy & Policy Analytics (Pharmaceutical Finance)

Salary: $186,489–$278,875, plus incentive opportunity

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end U.S. gross-to-net forecasting for inline products, including budget submissions, long-range planning, and monthly updates.
• Design, enhance, and execute channel- and product-level gross-to-net models covering Medicaid, Medicare, commercial rebates, 340B, chargebacks, returns, copay, and discounts.
• Provide forecasting inputs for accrual management, financial close, reconciliations, external reporting, and audit requirements.
• Run scenario and sensitivity analyses covering policy changes, competitive events, access shifts, and portfolio risks.
• Quantify the financial impact of IRA, MFP, MFN, price-cap, and other U.S. policy developments with the Policy and Market Access teams.
• Lead cross-functional governance and present pricing, gross-to-net, and policy perspectives to U.S. leadership, Global Finance, and Pricing Committee forums.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical finance, pricing, gross-to-net, or market access analytics.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. channel economics and Medicaid, Medicare Part D, commercial rebates, 340B, chargebacks, and wholesaler agreements.
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan, Model N, SAP, or comparable financial planning and revenue management systems.
• Advanced analytical, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional decision-making with Finance, Policy, Market Access, Brand, and Global stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Pharmacy, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
