Associate Director Finance Transformation (Oracle Fusion)

Location: Sleepy Hollow, New York, United States; onsite 4 days per week

Salary: $157,200–$256,600 annually

What you will do

• Lead Finance operational excellence initiatives covering process standardization, performance improvement, scalability, risk reduction, and service delivery.
• Oversee finance process transformation through continuous improvement, automation, and change management.
• Partner with Finance and IT teams to optimize and implement enterprise technologies, including automation, AI, and analytics platforms.
• Deliver standardized reporting, data governance, performance metrics, and trend analysis for financial and operational decision support.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and communicate executive-level, data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, Finance Transformation, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading process improvement, operational excellence, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, controls, and enterprise operations.
• Ability to work onsite in the Sleepy Hollow, New York office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification.
• MBA, large-scale Finance Transformation or ERP initiative experience.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion, Hyperion, Tableau, BI Publisher, Power BI, automation platforms, and AI-enabled technologies.
• Experience in global organizations and shared services environments.
