Financial Analyst - Commercial FP&A (Manufacturing)

Location: Hartsville, South Carolina, or Charlotte, North Carolina, USA

Annual base salary ranges from $67,760 to $137,610 depending on the analyst level and candidate experience; some levels include a 7.5% annual target bonus.

What you will do

• Contribute to annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning with sales, manufacturing, and corporate finance teams.
• Prepare financial analyses, pro formas, discounted cash flow models, ROI analyses, and business valuations for expansion, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Support division-level financial close activities and coordinate Internal Audit and SOX requirements.
• Develop templates and approaches to improve financial reporting, forecasting, planning, and analytics.
• Perform statistical analysis and industry research, and review the financial projections and policy compliance of capital projects.
• Train manufacturing and sales personnel on hirify.global accounting and financial systems.

Requirements

• Four-year undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business, or an equivalent field.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand multiple disciplines and technologies.
• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion Planning, OneStream, and EFI Radius.
• Knowledge of hirify.global’s business or experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred certifications include CPA or CMA.
