Sr. Financial Analyst (Marine)

Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States; hybrid with 3 days onsite

Salary: $73,600–$106,200 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and business-unit financial reports.
• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance, explain variances, and identify key performance drivers.
• Coordinate annual operating-cost budgets for the MerCruiser and US Engines business units.
• Provide finance and business support to R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Category organizations.
• Lead finance activities for MerCruiser new product teams, including business cases, sensitivity analyses, and recommendations.
• Ensure financial statements conform to hirify.global’s internal control requirements and lead ad hoc analyses and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis and planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and collaborate across organizational functions.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
