Digital Consulting Intern Summer 2027, Toronto (Spring 2028 Graduates)

Location: Toronto, ON — 55 University Ave; client-site travel is required based on project needs.

What you will do

• Contribute to meaningful project work as an integrated member of consulting teams.
• Assist with technology assessments, business process mapping, data conversions, user testing, and client support.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout project engagements.
• Conduct and participate in client stakeholder interviews to gather qualitative data and understand institutional culture.
• Present key takeaways, communicate project updates, and organize project logistics.

Requirements

• Strong academic performance in a business- or technology-related bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with completion expected by May or June 2028.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced or highly proficient Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, plus PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Canada work authorization is required.
• Must be available to start in June 2027; internship duration is 9–10 weeks.
