Senior SharePoint Consultant (Microsoft SharePoint)

Location: Toronto, Calgary, or Vancouver, Canada

Salary: CAD 99,750–133,000 annually, plus 14% target incentives

What you will do

• Lead service delivery and technical teams involved in planning, configuring, administering, and deploying Microsoft SharePoint solutions.
• Deliver SharePoint upgrades, installations, migrations, security enhancements, policy development, administration, and user training.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, vendor representatives, architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot SharePoint environments in accordance with contract SLAs and Statements of Work.
• Advise customers on complex solution and service deployments while improving delivery, adoption, and problem-solving practices.
• Stay current with SharePoint trends and technological updates and pursue relevant training.

Requirements

• Computer Science or Information Technology degree, diploma, or equivalent industry experience.
• 7+ years of experience in a client-facing professional services role.
• Proven consulting experience in a similar role and hands-on SharePoint migration experience.
• Current training or certifications covering Managing Microsoft Teams (MS-700), Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102), Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300), and Information Security Administrator (SC-401).
• Experience with Sharegate, Quest ODM, and SPMT.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time and work effectively with customers and vendors.
