Imaging Operator (12HR Nights)

Location: De Pere, Wisconsin, United States; onsite, full-time, 12-hour night shift

Salary: $19.00–$31.00 per hour. The posting also lists annual compensation of $39,520–$64,440.

What you will do

• Assist with press operations during make-ready, production runs, cleanup, and product packing.
• Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain imaging systems, including splicers, web presses, ink pumps, plates, and imaging programs.
• Read order specifications and tolerance sheets and inspect products for quality and color accuracy.
• Troubleshoot imaging and press equipment and complete daily preventive maintenance on proprietary imaging equipment.
• Complete production paperwork, maintain consumables, and help improve make-ready times and operating efficiency.
• Follow safety, production, recycling, and housekeeping procedures while training and supporting team members.

Requirements

• Basic math, measurement, reading comprehension, and visual inspection skills.
• Good mechanical skills and the ability to distinguish colors and compare products with specifications.
• Ability to lift less than 50 pounds frequently and willingness to cross-train in finishing and press operations.
• Basic Windows understanding; PC experience is desirable.
• Ability to train on first shift and work the 12-hour night shift.
