Web Press Operator (Printing)

Salary: $22.00–$23.00 per hour; eligible for an annual performance incentive plan. Retention bonus: $750.

What you will do

• Operate multi-color sheet-fed, continuous/web, and high-speed single-color presses for custom and base forms work.
• Set up presses by loading stock, configuring the paper path, mounting plates, mixing PMS ink, registering dies, and setting print attributes.
• Run press jobs according to order instructions, maintaining ink density, color matching, register, size, construction, and required attributes.
• Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and adjust equipment, including changing blankets and setting rollers.
• Wash press units, clean water systems, and complete manual setups and changeovers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate and adjust web and sheet-fed press equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and maintain required print quality.

Nice to have

• High school education.
• At least one year of printing experience.
