General Maintenance (Marine Manufacturing)

Location: Clarkston, Washington, United States; onsite, full-time

Salary: $23.25–$24.75 per hour

What you will do

• Inspect and maintain buildings, grounds, equipment, and facilities.
• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues through effective troubleshooting.
• Perform maintenance work involving plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Work with contractors and vendors on specialized repairs when needed.
• Support seasonal yard operations, housekeeping, and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly.
• Ability to perform physical work, lift or move up to 50 pounds, and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Legal driver's license and completion of forklift training required.
• Ability to comply with workplace safety standards, local building codes, and company policies.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus technical training, vocational courses, or relevant apprenticeships.
• One to three or more years of maintenance experience in facilities, property management, or industrial settings.
• Basic or higher computer skills, organization, initiative, teamwork, and safety awareness.
