hirify.global is a large baking company with more than 20,000 associates across bakeries, sales centers, offices, and sales routes.

What you will do

• Advise the U.S. President and senior leadership team on strategic communications and organizational priorities.
• Lead internal communications and associate engagement programs across complex, multi-site operations and frontline workforces.
• Direct executive communications, town hall materials, corporate narratives, press materials, digital content, and leadership messaging.
• Develop communications strategies for enterprise transformation, organizational change, and cultural initiatives.
• Oversee media relations, spokesperson development, external reputation, and crisis communications for recalls, regulatory events, cyber incidents, and workforce issues.
• Lead and develop a high-performing communications team while partnering with People, Finance, Sales, Operations, Transformation, Marketing, and global communications functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field.
• 15 years of progressive communications experience, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience communicating with large, distributed, frontline, manufacturing, distribution, retail, or similarly structured workforces.
• Experience influencing in a global matrix organization without direct authority.
• Demonstrated experience leading crisis response and protecting organizational reputation in regulated or high-scrutiny environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, executive presence, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, or another complex consumer-facing industry.
