What you will do

• Monitor reputation-sensitive topics, external mentions, and emerging risks.
• Maintain reputation risk trackers, issue summaries, messaging documents, and version-control systems.
• Support crisis response with fact gathering, issue logs, timelines, monitoring, first-draft statements, FAQs, and playbooks.
• Build workflows for approved employee messaging and external asset review.
• Prepare executive briefing materials, notes, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Coordinate proactive communications, relationship-building outreach, crisis training, and reputation-readiness initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong writing skills and the ability to draft quickly while incorporating edits.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing trackers, documentation, and version control.
• Calm under pressure and comfortable handling sensitive information.
• Strong monitoring, pattern-recognition, judgment, and escalation skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear documents and processes.
• Comfort working with executives, legal, product, security, and marketing teams.
