Assistant Site Merchandiser (Ecommerce)

Location: Fully onsite in Beverly Hills, California, Monday–Friday during core business hours.

What you will do

• Design and execute online merchandising strategies aligned with brand guidelines, seasonal trends, and performance data.
• Optimize product and collection presentation, categorization, attribution, and customer navigation.
• Monitor CTR, ATC, customer journeys, and other performance metrics to improve the browse experience.
• Coordinate with site operations, buying, and planning teams on product and collection launches and promotions.
• Research fashion industry trends and competitors to recommend improvements to navigation, search, and collections.
• Apply SEO best practices to product descriptions, metadata, and tags, and present analytics with actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce and/or visual merchandising.
• Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and online visual merchandising.
• Ability to interpret data and turn insights into revenue-focused recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• English required; additional languages are an advantage.
