Sr Associate - Retail Development (Ecommerce)

Salary: $92,000–$115,000 annual base pay

What you will do

• Support the development and implementation of Merch on Demand and Print on Demand programs.
• Develop strategic marketing calendars across brands using franchise moments and content tentpoles.
• Create, execute, and maintain ecommerce product listings, including creative assets and product detail page elements.
• Analyze financial and retail performance to identify opportunities, inform strategy, and optimize results.
• Maintain the product listing catalog, support marketing budgets and forecasts, and help achieve revenue objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and support new business initiatives with ecommerce retailers, including Amazon.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred, with 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization, planning, analytical, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Business acumen, attention to detail, ambition, and a results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft products.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
