Sr Associate - Retail Development (Ecommerce)

Salary: $92,000–$115,000 annual base pay

What you will do

• Develop and implement Merch on Demand and Print on Demand programs.
• Build strategic marketing calendars across brands using franchise moments and content tentpoles.
• Create, execute, and maintain ecommerce product listings, including creative assets and product detail page elements.
• Analyze financial and retail performance to identify opportunities and optimize strategy.
• Maintain product listing catalogues, support forecasts and budgets, and track revenue objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and support new business initiatives with ecommerce retailers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, planning, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft products.
• Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated business acumen.
