Financial Analyst - Core FP&A

Location: Charlotte, NC or Hartsville, SC, USA

Annual base salary: $67,760–$76,230 for Analyst, $88,000–$99,000 for Analyst II, $107,760–$121,230 plus a 7.5% target bonus for Analyst III, or $122,320–$137,610 plus a 7.5% target bonus for Senior Financial Analyst.

What you will do

• Contribute to annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning.
• Prepare financial analyses, pro formas, discounted cash flow models, ROI analyses, valuations, and special project assessments.
• Support divisional financial close activities and coordinate Internal Audit and SOX requirements.
• Develop templates and approaches to improve financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and analytics.
• Review capital projects for accurate financial projections and compliance with corporate and divisional policies.
• Conduct statistical and industry research and train manufacturing and sales personnel on accounting and financial systems.

Requirements

• Four-year undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or an equivalent field.
• Strong knowledge of the manufacturing business or experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion Planning, OneStream, and EFI Radius.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand multiple disciplines and technologies.
• Preferred certifications include CPA or CMA.
• Full-time work based in Charlotte, NC, or Hartsville, SC, USA.
