Crewing Coordinator 1 - Lead (3rd Shift)

Location: Commerce, CA, USA. Full-time onsite role on the 3rd shift, Wednesday–Sunday, 8:00 PM–4:30 AM, with overtime as required.

Hourly pay: $18.70–$32.10 USD, with the actual offer varying by education, skills, experience, performance, shift, and location.

What you will do

• Operate assigned machines and lead crews in a light industrial production environment.
• Organize crew activities, delegate assignments, and train and develop crew members.
• Monitor machine and personnel performance, production output, and process compliance.
• Inspect print and bundle quality, adjust equipment, and address production errors.
• Apply advanced troubleshooting and perform basic machine maintenance to improve quality and performance.
• Maintain safety, production, labor, and quality records and communicate issues across shifts.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use machine-specific software.
• Strong knowledge of machine and manufacturing operations, production reporting, and mathematical calculations.
• Ability to troubleshoot machine problems, lead multiple-machine crews, operate a pallet jack, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, grip, squat, kneel, lift up to 15 lbs., and push or pull up to 40 lbs.; hearing protection is required where applicable.
