Production Associate, 2nd Shift – 3:10pm-11:10pm – Mon-Fri

Location: DeLand, Florida, United States; on-site role. Second shift, 3:10pm–11:10pm, Monday–Friday.

What you will do

• Set up, assemble, and test hydraulic vessels according to blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.
• Inspect products and components while meeting production schedules, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot assembly concerns to minimize production losses.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery in the assigned cells and department.
• Maintain accurate production records and collect data for Engineering.
• Support safe manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation in an industrial environment.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions, drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.
• Mechanical aptitude and consistency in meeting production goals.
• Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for at least 8 hours per day.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift, move, or carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of hydraulic testing and pressure vessels.
• At least 3 years of experience assembling machined components.
• Experience with continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing.
