Field Marketing Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Develop pipeline-generation programs and integrated marketing campaigns for large enterprise accounts across the ANZ region.
• Plan and execute field and channel programs, including digital marketing, direct mail, teleprospecting, webinars, and sponsored events.
• Collaborate with sales, business development, account management, and channel teams on territory planning, lead prioritization, pipeline acceleration, and partner co-marketing.
• Manage event logistics, contracts, venues, audiovisual services, catering, onsite execution, and attendee experiences.
• Create account-specific messaging and content for emails, digital ads, direct mail, SDR scripts, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Measure program performance, improve funnel metrics, and manage the regional field marketing budget and spend.

Requirements

• At least five years of enterprise field marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of demand generation, B2B sales cycles, account-based marketing, segmentation, budgeting, and business cases.
• Proven success executing programs and events that drive demand, deal acceleration, pipeline contribution, return, and attendee engagement.
• Experience building regional and channel plans and developing market-specific value propositions and messaging.
• Strong content creation, communication, collaboration, project management, and performance analytics skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, or other predictive analytics tools is preferred.
