Senior Sales Operations (1- year fixed - term contract)

Location: GBR - London, Canada Square; full-time office-based role

What you will do

• Manage sales order processing, tracking, and related administrative activities.
• Prepare and maintain customer quotes, proposals, sales documentation, presentations, and training materials.
• Maintain accurate customer, account, and opportunity data across business systems.
• Create, maintain, and analyse sales reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics.
• Support Salesforce CRM administration, including data quality, reporting, user support, and process improvements.
• Provide operational support to Sales Leadership, coordinate sales activities, and improve workflows and efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in sales support, sales operations, or commercial operations.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM for reporting, dashboard creation, data management, and user support.
• Ability to create, maintain, and interpret business performance reports and metrics.
• Experience supporting quoting, pricing, approval workflows, contracts, or related sales processes.
• Strong organisational, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Experience with CRM, sales automation, business applications, and electronic signature platforms such as Adobe Sign, DocuSign, or Conga.
