Spend Management - Kyriba Consultant - Associate (Kyriba)

Location: Chicago, United States; full-time, onsite role. Current U.S. work authorization is required.

Base salary: $105,000–$130,000 annually. Total estimated compensation, including annual incentive compensation: $120,750–$149,500.

What you will do

• Lead or participate in Kyriba implementations, upgrades, and client support initiatives.
• Configure and optimize Kyriba modules for cash management, connectivity, payments, financial transactions, bank account management, and bank fee analysis.
• Translate client treasury and finance requirements into Kyriba system solutions.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Kyriba Business Analytics.
• Manage bank connectivity and ERP integration issues, including troubleshooting and resolution.
• Deliver end-user training, post-go-live support, and ongoing system enhancements while coordinating stakeholders for successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Current U.S. work authorization required.
• 3–5 years of experience with Kyriba TMS implementations focused on cash management, payments, bank connectivity, and financial transactions.
• Kyriba certifications required in Cash Management, Payments, Connectivity, and Deal Capture (Financial Transactions).
• In-depth knowledge of treasury, cash management, financial instruments, and liquidity management.
• Strong project management, communication, problem-solving, and complex system troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with SWIFT, Host to Host (FTP), other treasury management systems, payment platforms, banking solutions, and ERP integrations such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
