Salary: $115,000–$160,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead or support transformation initiatives across consumer lending, retail banking, credit cards, and payments.
• Assess current operations, design future-state operating models, and create implementation roadmaps.
• Support transformation programs, governance, PMOs, technology implementations, vendor evaluations, and business readiness.
• Lead complex workstreams, coordinate daily project execution, and serve as a day-to-day client contact.
• Develop executive presentations and high-quality client deliverables while communicating recommendations to stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development, recruiting, thought leadership, new offerings, and AI-enabled consulting delivery.

Requirements

• Consulting experience delivering business transformation for financial institutions, including workstream leadership and coaching experience.
• Experience in retail banking, consumer lending, or credit cards, including servicing, collections, or default.
• Experience supporting transformation programs within regulated financial institutions.
• Ability to collaborate across business, operations, technology, legal, compliance, and risk functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience at a leading bank, lender, or financial services institution.
• Additional experience in Commercial Banking, Payments, or Wealth Management.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
