Consultant Sr Lead, Integrity (TMS) (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Integrity Treasury Management System implementation programs from discovery through production deployment.
• Analyze treasury operations with client stakeholders and define future-state business processes.
• Design TMS solutions for cash positioning, liquidity management, payments, forecasting, and bank connectivity.
• Lead requirements workshops, solution configuration, integration planning, data migration, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Manage deliverables, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communications, change management, training, and user adoption.
• Mentor consultants and project teams while driving implementation quality and client outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent skills-based experience.
• Extensive experience leading enterprise Treasury Management System implementation projects, including hirify.global Integrity solutions.
• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, liquidity management, payments, bank account management, and cash forecasting.
• Experience with business process analysis, requirements management, solution design, complex integrations, data migration, and end-to-end testing.
• Understanding of treasury technology ecosystems, banking connectivity, payment networks, and financial operations.
• Excellent consulting, facilitation, communication, problem-solving, and executive presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Treasury, cash management, corporate banking, or financial services industry experience.
• Experience integrating TMS platforms with ERP systems, payment hubs, data warehouses, and banking platforms.
• Knowledge of SWIFT connectivity, payment processing, bank communication standards, and treasury controls.
• Project management, agile delivery, Certified Treasury Professional, or similar certification.
• Experience leading global or multi-entity treasury transformation initiatives.
