Associate Director, GTN Strategy & Forecasting (Pharmaceutical Finance)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $150,034–$224,250 annually, plus incentive opportunity.

What you will do

• Build and maintain predictive gross-to-net forecasting models for discount reserves, pipeline accruals, erosion percentages, channel mix, and discount rates.
• Analyze commercial rebates, Medicare Part D coverage gaps, Managed Medicaid rebates, 340B discounts, and patient copay assistance programs.
• Simulate the financial effects of healthcare policy updates, inflation penalties, and pipeline drug launches.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting during month-end and quarter-end close to analyze forecast-to-actual variances and optimize accrual strategies.
• Manage pipeline true-ups and incorporate government pricing changes into the GTN model.
• Translate financial models into executive reporting and strategic risk and opportunity discussions across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a highly quantitative field.
• 5–7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, focused on GTN finance, commercial forecasting, or market access analytics.
• Experience working with large longitudinal healthcare datasets and aggregators such as IQVIA, Symphony, or Managed Markets Insights.
• Experience with financial close, accruals, forecast-to-actual variance analysis, and data integrity validation.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition, internal financial controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
