Senior Manager, Government Pricing (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, based in the United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Base salary: $136,000–$187,000 annually, plus discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Own government pricing methodology, policy interpretation, and enterprise subject-matter expertise.
• Lead accurate and timely AMP, BP, ASP, 340B, and Non-FAMP submissions.
• Advise Commercial, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Market Access on pricing, contracting, regulatory, and legislative impacts.
• Oversee outsourced calculation partners, data inputs, system outputs, Model N governance, and managed service providers.
• Partner with Finance and Revenue Accounting on reserves, accruals, financial exposure, reconciliation, and validation.
• Drive audit readiness, Medicaid rebate coordination, vendor performance, cash recovery, process standardization, unbundling, and system modernization.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of Government Price Reporting experience preferred; strong candidates with 6+ years and demonstrated mastery may be considered.
• Deep expertise in U.S. government pricing programs, including Medicaid AMP/BP, Medicare Part B ASP, 340B, Non-FAMP, VA/FSS, and state transparency reporting.
• Ability to interpret complex regulations, guide policy decisions, and translate pricing methodology into business risk and opportunity.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Legal, IT, and Marketing.
• Strong analytical, modeling, scenario-analysis, controls, audit-framework, and scalable-process skills.
• Leadership experience managing teams, developing talent, and overseeing vendors or managed service providers; Model N or similar platform experience is preferred.
