Corporate FP&A Manager (Medtech)

Location: Remote within the United States; Eastern time zone preferred. Candidates residing in Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Iowa, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, or Wisconsin are not considered.

Salary: $117,300–$138,000 for Region 3, $130,050–$153,000 for Region 2, or $143,650–$169,000 for Region 1, plus equity. Compensation depends on location, skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market conditions.

What you will do

• Lead consolidated revenue and gross margin reporting, analysis, and insights.
• Consolidate financial results and forecasts across business units and functions into monthly and quarterly management reporting packages.
• Prepare results presentations, forecast reviews, board materials, and other management reporting.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and business drivers.
• Support month-end close and reporting in partnership with Accounting, ensuring accurate financial results and commentary against plan and forecast.
• Improve and automate reporting processes, maintain financial models and dashboards, and support implementation of Pigment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Experience working cross-functionally and presenting to stakeholders with varying levels of financial literacy.
• Ability to work effectively with ambiguity, build processes from scratch, and adapt quickly to new systems and tools.
• High integrity, intellectual curiosity, self-awareness, and a self-starter attitude.

Nice to have

• Experience with revenue, gross margin, or supply chain finance.
• Experience with planning tools such as Anaplan, Pigment, or Adaptive.
