Salary: $101,300–$139,690 per year

What you will do

• Deliver assurance and consulting services to real estate clients as a trusted business advisor.
• Build client relationships throughout the year and understand business goals and challenges.
• Test internal controls, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Manage audit fieldwork, quality, timelines, staffing, billing, collections, and engagement profitability.
• Provide financial statement guidance, business recommendations, analysis, and insight.
• Mentor and develop associates while contributing to team growth and firm-wide learning programs.

Requirements

• Four-year degree.
• CPA certification.
• At least five years of professional experience.
• Financial statement auditing experience in a professional services firm.
• Strong management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with business software and Microsoft Suite, plus experience working with real estate clients.

Nice to have

• Five or more years of financial statement auditing experience.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience mentoring and counseling associates.
• Experience leading teams, delivering client service, and applying ethical and quality standards.
