Senior Associate - Assurance

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $78,000–$103,940 per year

What you will do

• Provide industry-focused audit, assurance, and consulting services as part of engagement teams.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to gather information, complete testing, and answer questions.
• Plan and supervise audit engagement activities.
• Review balance sheets and income statements and perform substantive testing.
• Assess internal control deficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Discuss business recommendations with Managers and Partners and support associate development.

Requirements

• Four-year degree.
• CPA eligibility; CPA certification or active exam pursuit is preferred.
• At least three years of professional experience.
• At least two years of financial statement auditing experience in a public accounting firm is preferred.
• Strong time management, communication, collaboration, leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Suite proficiency and eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship are preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting SEC or real estate clients.
• Experience with project management, relationship building, initiative, and adaptability.
