Senior Associate - Assurance - Real Estate

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $81,200–$105,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide assurance and consulting services to industry-specific real estate clients.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to gather information, complete testing, and answer questions.
• Plan and supervise audit engagement activities.
• Review and perform substantive testing of balance sheets and income statements.
• Test internal controls, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Discuss business recommendations with Managers and Partners, mentor associates, and build client and internal relationships.

Requirements

• Four-year degree.
• CPA eligibility.
• Three years of experience.
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational, and analytical skills, initiative, and adaptability.
• Microsoft Suite skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is preferred.

Nice to have

• CPA certification or active pursuit of the CPA examination.
• Two or more years of financial statement auditing experience in a public accounting firm.
• Experience supporting real estate clients.
