Manager - Value Creation

Salary: $112,100–$225,500 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Manage value creation engagements across pre-close diligence and post-close execution.
• Structure analytical approaches for synergy, cost reduction, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Lead client working sessions and support value realization planning.
• Oversee value creation deliverables and analytical models.
• Collaborate with deal, diligence, and functional advisory teams.
• Manage engagement execution, timelines, and team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 6–11 years of professional experience.
• Applicants must be able to work in New York, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience serving private equity clients.
• MBA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
