Senior Associate - Corporate Finance - Turnaround & Restructuring

Location: Boston, MA; candidates must have the legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Salary: $80,000–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Support the day-to-day work of Corporate Finance Turnaround & Restructuring client service teams.
• Build and analyze 13-week cash flow, three-statement, and pro-forma scenario models.
• Execute modeling, analysis, client presentations, reports, and other engagement deliverables.
• Interpret qualitative and quantitative findings and develop financial, business, and value-driver recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal experts, external professionals, and client stakeholders.
• Contribute to marketing, client pitches, and the development of the consulting practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, accounting or finance, management, engineering, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of work experience, ideally in consulting or professional services.
• Experience with financial modeling and analysis, including three-statement models, cash flows, and scenario analysis.
• Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data and communicate actionable insights.
• Strong written and oral communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and project management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• CFA, CPA, equivalent qualification, or technical/GAAP accounting expertise.
• Familiarity with financial research tools such as Capital IQ and Bloomberg.
• Experience with Chapter 11 processes and transactions involving the sale of assets or businesses.
