Consultant - Corporate Finance - Turnaround & Restructuring

Salary: $90,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Support day-to-day activities for Corporate Finance Turnaround & Restructuring client engagements.
• Build three-statement, 13-week cash flow, pro forma, and scenario-based financial models.
• Analyze business, financial, accounting, operational, qualitative, and quantitative data.
• Prepare reports, written analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables.
• Collaborate with BRG experts, external professionals, client contacts, and senior stakeholders.
• Assist with marketing, client pitches, and development of the consulting practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, accounting, finance, management, engineering, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of work experience, ideally in consulting or professional services.
• Experience with financial modeling and analysis, including three-statement models, cash flows, and scenario analyses.
• Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data and develop actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage changing priorities, communicate effectively, and travel as needed.

Nice to have

• CFA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
• Technical or GAAP accounting expertise.
