What you will do
- Engage with external innovation ecosystems and industry platforms.
- Build collaboration with business partners and research institutions.
- Identify market and technology trends across relevant technical fields.
- Translate market and technology insights into strategic inputs for product teams.
- Support scalable innovation initiatives and new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, electronics, automation, or a related technical field.
- At least 8 years of experience in innovation, technology strategy, or R&D-related roles.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills; Chinese and English are preferred.
- Background in semiconductors, embedded systems, or related technology fields is preferred.
