What you will do

• Complete an 18–24-month cross-functional program focused on authentic business and biotechnology challenges.
• Gain hands-on exposure to R&D, manufacturing plants, product development pipelines, supply chain operations, and company systems.
• Contribute to IP-to-market strategies, operational efficiency improvements, emerging-market entry, account management, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop expertise for future leadership roles across science, commercial operations, finance, or supply chain.
• Work with executive coaches, technical mentors, growth buddies, and legal and IP experts.

Requirements

• Ph.D. graduates from 2025 or expected Ph.D. graduates from 2026 in life sciences, with top-journal publications or patented biotechnology inventions.
• Solid research or professional experience in protein, nucleic acid, peptide, computational biology, AI for Science, or related biotechnology fields.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex challenges and explore interdisciplinary areas proactively.
• Strong willingness to grow in cross-functional roles, together with strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and exceed goals in a complex global working environment.
• Supply chain applicants may be fresh master’s graduates with a biology background and at least one year of operations-related experience; cross-disciplinary experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Breakthrough inventions, patents, or publications in protein, nucleic acid, peptide, or related biomolecular research.
• Interdisciplinary expertise spanning AI, computational biology, and life sciences.
• MBA or experience relevant to commercial leadership, finance, or strategic operations.
