Customer Support Agent/Accounting Operations Support (Logistics)

Location: Full-time onsite role at the Platinum Business & Convention Centre in Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania

Salary: RON 3,500–4,500 monthly

What you will do

• Ensure accurate billing for services provided to customers.
• Match proprietary system information with invoices and update statements.
• Manage dedicated mailboxes and file invoices, statements, and accounting documents.
• Identify and escalate problematic invoices to partner branches.
• Build relationships with partner branches and coordinate communication with local branches to resolve invoice issues.
• Assist the Accounting Department and Product teams with routine tasks and miscellaneous projects.

Requirements

• English proficiency and fluent written and verbal communication are required.
• Computer literacy and experience using various software applications.
• Strong attention to detail, quality standards, and deadline management.
• Initiative, flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to develop solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, handle stress, and manage conflict situations.
• Customer-oriented approach and motivation to achieve defined goals.

• Accounting knowledge.
• Logistics industry knowledge or previous logistics experience.
